MARK JAGGI, ADVANCED CFO
Mark Jaggi brings a wide range of experience in his nearly 20 years of financial management and over 10 years as a CFO. He has driven significant financial restructuring and managed deals in multiple businesses including debt and equity raises, a reverse merger taking a company public, employee buyout, and numerous acquisitions and divestitures all while improving the bottom lines of each business he has engaged. He is a culture builder having evolved high-achievement, high-accountability teams leveraging goal alignment, incentive plans, benefits, training, and more. He worked as the product development chairperson managing the development of over 100 finance professional at Ford Motor Company including recruiting from top schools.
DAVE CHASE, ADVANCED CFO
David Chase is the managing partner at Advanced CFO and acting CFO of 5 businesses currently. He has 17 years in small to medium private companies and large public companies as senior operational and financial leader. With 17 years experience in global finance, a CFO of multiple entities and divisional EVP experience, Dave brings a breadth of experience. Dave has led or been instrumental in raising multiple rounds of equity and debt in excess of $500 million.
ROB LUND, ADVANCED CFO
Rob brings a background in corporate finance and accounting, operations strategy, cost and efficiency, and predictive analytics to Advanced CFO. Rob has served as the outsourced CFO and advisor to several firms in SaaS, online marketing and manufacturing industries. His previous experience includes financial and operations positions at global network marketing firms and SaaS companies, as well as roles at JC Penney, General Electric and in public accounting at Grant Thornton. He’s also held an adjunct instructor position at the University of Utah. Rob holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management with an emphasis in Finance from Harvard University. Additionally, Rob holds an MBA from Westminster College and a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah. He is a certified Lean-Six-Sigma Black Belt.
